With experience in both Malacca and Sarawak, she integrates psychotherapy, medication, and mindfulness to help individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, and workplace stress. She believes that healing is a journey—and everyone deserves the space to begin, anytime, anywhere. Beyond clinical work, Dr. Harn Ni is passionate about mental health education and advocacy. She actively engages in public awareness initiatives, conducts workshops, and shares insights through various media platforms. She also hosts a mental health podcast, offering a soothing space for reflection and healing.
