Session 1:
First Intake
A comprehensive first session with our clinical psychologist to understand your background, current concerns, and relevant history, ensuring a well-informed and tailored approach before proceeding with the psychological assessment.

Session 2:
Assessment
A structured psychological assessment conducted by our clinical psychologist using standardized tools and clinical methods to evaluate a range of mental health concerns and disorders, including mood disorders, ADHD, personality disorders, PTSD, eating disorders, providing in-depth insights for accurate diagnosis and tailored recommendations.

Mood Disorders
Mood disorders may include conditions such as major depressive disorder (MDD), generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), bipolar disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and more.
Common symptoms of mood disorders may include:
Persistent feelings of sadness, emptiness, or low mood
Loss of interest or enjoyment in activities once found pleasurable
Changes in sleep patterns (sleeping too much or having difficulty sleeping)
Changes in appetite or weight (eating significantly more or less)
Low energy, fatigue, or feeling slowed down
Difficulty concentrating, making decisions, or remembering things
Feelings of worthlessness, excessive guilt, or hopelessness
Irritability or mood swings (especially in some individuals)
Periods of unusually elevated mood, increased energy, or impulsive behaviour (e.g., in bipolar-related conditions)
Withdrawing from social, academic, or work responsibilities

ADHD (Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)
ADHD is a condition that affects how a person focuses, manages time, controls impulses, and regulates energy. It’s not about being “lazy” or unmotivated, but about the brain working differently, even in capable students and working adults.
ADHD might look like:
Struggling to stay focused during lectures, meetings, or long tasks, especially when they feel repetitive or under-stimulating
Procrastinating or underestimating how long assignments or work tasks will take, leading to last-minute stress
Frequently misplacing items like notes, documents, access cards, or phones
Starting multiple assignments, projects, or ideas with enthusiasm but finding it hard to follow through
Feeling mentally restless, easily distracted, or constantly switching between tasks
Interrupting others in discussions or meetings because thoughts come quickly and feel urgent
Feeling overwhelmed or burnt out from trying to keep up with academic or work demands

Personality Disorders
Personality disorders (e.g., Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder, etc.) are long-standing patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that are inflexible and can create difficulties in relationships, work, and daily life.
Common symptoms of personality disorder may include:
Intense or unstable relationships
Strong fear of abandonment or rejection
Difficulty managing emotions (frequent anger, mood swings, or emotional outbursts)
Impulsive or risky behaviors
Persistent feelings of emptiness
Extreme sensitivity to criticism or rejection
Strong need for admiration or validation
Difficulty understanding or empathizing with others
Suspicion or distrust of others’ intentions
Rigid thinking patterns or perfectionism
Difficulty making decisions without reassurance from others
Avoiding social situations due to fear of criticism or rejection
Controlling or manipulative interpersonal behaviors

Session 3:
Report Briefing
Approximately 2–3 weeks after the assessment is completed, a briefing session will be scheduled to explain the assessment results, key findings, and what they mean. Recommendations for next steps will also be discussed.
Duration: 30 minutes | Price: FREE
All assessments (e.g., ADHD, Personality disorder) include a FREE Brief Report, and a copy of the brief report will be provided to you.
Mood Disorders assessment does NOT include a FREE Brief Report.
