ADHD (Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)

  • Procrastinating or underestimating how long assignments or work tasks will take, leading to last-minute stress

  • Starting multiple assignments, projects, or ideas with enthusiasm but finding it hard to follow through

  • Feeling mentally restless, easily distracted, or constantly switching between tasks

  • Interrupting others in discussions or meetings because thoughts come quickly and feel urgent

  • Feeling overwhelmed or burnt out from trying to keep up with academic or work demands
